Eric is an associate in the New York office of Morgan & Akins, PLLC. He focuses his practice on civil litigation at the state and federal levels and concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage. Eric has experience in various aspects of litigation including arbitration, mediation, depositions, motion practice and settlement of claims. Eric also has experience counseling insurers on a broad range of coverage issues under commercial general liability, professional liability, automobile liability, and homeowners and property policies. His insurance coverage law practice encompasses all areas of coverage advice in both the first and third party contexts and related litigation services, including declaratory judgment actions and defense of bad faith claims. Eric also has appellate court experience having contributed to the handling and briefing of appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, both the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time cooking, cycling, hiking and traveling.
